Graduating with Honors

Justine Carsrud hated to go to school when she was younger. She dreaded reading and spelling so much, there were times she would fake being sick. However, that changed after tutoring at Great Minds Learning Center. She hesitated to go to Great Minds at first but decided it “wasn’t that bad” when her session was done.

Now a graduated senior, Justine enjoys going to school. Her junior and senior years, she attended ICC, and this spring she graduated high school with her diploma and ICC with her associates degree. What’s even better? She graduated both with honors! She plans to attend UMD in the fall.

When Justine talks about her struggles with reading and math, she advises not to give up, keep trying, and if you need some help, go get some. As for the people at Great Minds Learning Center? Justine claims, “They’re super helpful and everyone’s really nice. They just want to help you out.”
